Burger King — Restaurant in Town of Babylon

normally after 12:30 AM you’re dead in the water. But I’ve been going to this Burger King late night for two years, the manager Louis & Odaly run this place correctly!! My spicy chicken sandwich is always hot and crisp with the extra pickles and hot sauce that I requested!! The fries are always hot & crispy just out of the fryer. I stopped and gave up going there during the day, nothing is fresh. Everything is cold and dry because they’re not doing It according to Burger King policy. Drive thru guy was rude. He acted like he didn't want to be there...he even groaned when we asked him to repeat something he said. We had a coupon for two Whoppers with two small fries and drinks. When we asked if they could substitute the Impossible Whopper for regular Whopper, first he said they couldn't, then he said it was $2 additional. When we asked if that was for both Whoppers, he said something we couldn't hear, so we asked him to repeat, then he groaned. Absolutely the worst location ever…

Two days ago a October 22Nd I placed an order through DoorDash for a Ghost Pepper Whopper meal along with a single cheeseburger. Upon my meal being delivered my drink in which ai got with my meal tasted like nothing more than seltzer water my French fries were hard and tasted stale along with both my burgers being cold and under cooked. I called immediately to speak with the manager whom kept denying any liability and blaming Door Dash instead. I had stated they only deliver the food they don’t actually make the food .
