Jackie Chan's Kitchen Chinese — Restaurant in Town of Babylon

I hate to do this, this place has been my go-to since I've moved here, only been here for two years. I only ordered the honey chicken wings with white rice. The lady was rude at first, but with my calm kind voice, she calmed down and spoke to me like I was human, yahhhhh. The delivery guy is so nasty. Mind you I never step foot in this restaurant, I just do delivery. So my son came home from work and ordered his food as usual, so I heard this man hacking and spitting, I asked him nicely Can you not spit on the grass because my children play outside with no shoes on. Not hearing what I was saying, I had to be stern with him because I asked him three times. So as he was leaving he spit again. I said that was it. Based on the high 4 star reviews I thought that this would be a great place to try but I was very disappointed in what I received. The fried jumbo shrimp had way too much batter and was undercooked. The shrimp was sliding out of the fried outter shell but inside was wet and mushy, inedible and borderline disgusting. I also had a side of french fries which were undercooked.
