My experience? First time I came up with had to tell him I was going to spend money and that I was ready for him to take me serious then I paid 175$ for a wire install as I had bought subs, amp wiring separate from Amazon. He installs wires total mess, and the funny part is I did the part of wiring the fuse from the hood to the trunk for them and they still overcharged me, the cheapness , sneakiness , and overall scam type of feel is what throws me off AND I STILL PAID because karma comes back eventually, then after 2 months my subs starts breaking out and amp going into protect so I come into the store to ask for help and he instantly starts talking in a condescending way because ima younger guy and starts yapping about oh no this that and that when I need help, that’s why I came here, then he says I’ll only do it if I can charge you what’s the point if I can’t charge you. The guy who spoke to me did not seem trust worthy, so I walked out.This Person was setting me up, (without looking at the issue) for the most expensive outcome, telling me I would have to leave the car and labor is $100 an hour. The week before someone told me to come back when I did. If The car needed to be left they could have told me then. The Problem isn't me regardless of how long you have been there. Brought my daughter's cadillac xt4 to mastic auto sound and they blew up the subwoofer enclosure and door speakers and wouldn't fix anything, Brought it to Shawn at unique who I have been friends with for 25 years and he fixed everything they destroyed and made my daughter so happy. I should have went there first but my son was friends with mastic auto sound and if they treat friends like that what would they do to you? I have Brought 4 cars to Shawn at unique and never had any problems and if you do have an issue Shawn will correct it without any problem.
