They’re bogus and do business in a “petty” way. I placed an order 7/28/2025 and by 8/2/2025 it still hadn’t been sent out. So I emailed to inquire when it would be sent out. Nobody responded so the following day I called in to the Hicksville shop (where it said my items were being sent from). The guy who answered the phone said online orders were a different line, and gave me a number to call. I call the number for online orders, nobody answered, so I waited a little bit and called again, and still no answer. By now I’ve emailed, as well as called a couple different numbers a couple different times and still couldn’t get in touch with anybody who could assist me. So I got onto PayPal and opened a dispute to get my money back. The craziest part is, after I opened the dispute on PayPal, they emailed me back QUICK and asked me why I did a chargeback. I’m not about to play with these people. Keep the order, keep your lack of customer service, and give me my money back, I will buy my Godspeed somewhere...
