Stephanie's Family Restaurant — Restaurant in Town of Bath

The restaurant was 1/3 full when we walked in, but all of the available tables were still dirty.

10 minutes went by before someone said hello, or offered coffee. When they finally did show up with menus, one of them was covered in food. It was completely disgusting and no attempt was made to remove the obvious glob of jelly and syrup.

The waitress told us they were out of silverware, Yes, a restaurant ran out of clean silverware, when they were only 1/3 full. She could have said nothing, and just brought it to us with our food but she was clearly stressed out about it.

Our meal came out impressively fast, but my wife ordered a breakfast sandwich with scrambled eggs and it came out with eggs over easy. My order included a side of 2 pancakes which never came. I finally walked up to the counter to ask for them and the waitress looked over the bill she gave me and said "I wrote it down, they must have forgotten". Actually, YOU forgot to make sure you brought out everything I ordered.

They were clearly offended that I would have the nerve to complain because they never offered a refill on my coffee and they never cleared our plates.

100% will never come here again, nor recommend this...

What can I say.. Honestly the worst place we have ever ate. To coffee was weak and tasted like tea, they fixed another pot. Same thing terrible. Food wasnt much better. Service was God awful, we sat down and 35 minutes the waitress said she would be right over. Never happened. A different lady came over, of we not serving breakfast. They cooks weren't that good at their job. Customers came in after we ordered and they received their stuff first. My wife's water glass had a Crack in it. Told waitress she took it and never brought another glass of water. Then finally got the bill was out of line. The sausage sandwich she got was $6.49, got fries extra for$ 7 and some change instead of the up charge of $2.99. So her lunch should have came to $9.49. But hers came to almost $15. Then add the same for my wife and I. So instead of a $35 bill it came to just under $53. I asked for the receipt the lady refused to off. When I asked her about the difference. Just said everything went up. This isn't how you do business. I guess the out of towers gets robbed when you stop here for a meal. Will be a cold day in hell before we...

The food is amazing but if anyone wants to enjoy there breakfast lunch or dinner without drama or politics then I would highly suggest to find a different restaurant!!!!!!I went in there for a very long time and because of politics and drama I won’t step foot back into this restaurant. Every time I have to even walk by for any reason, I walk on the side of the road near the restaurant instead of on the sidewalk because of the politics and drama that this place has inside of it is BAD!!!! Eat here if you choose but depending on who you are the rift raft that the owners don’t throw out because there never there will start problems with you!!! I would recommend anyone who wants a decent relaxing meal without drama or politics during there visit to go to liberty street pub for food where they aren’t afraid to throw out the rift raft patrons that come in the door and or call the cops to have someone removed!! You won’t find better restaurant staff then at liberty street pub because they are always on everything ,watch everything that goes on and are respectful to where they treat everyone...
