Gusto's Pizza — Restaurant in Town of Bethlehem

Very poor service. An order that should have taken 20 minutes somehow became 1.5 hours. When speaking with a woman on the phone, she offered no help nor apology. After an additional ten minutes I had to call back and ask for her to call the driver so I could know if I could finish a second movie before the food arrives. She was clearly exhausted and disgruntled. Sorry, lady, this is the service industry for a reason. Been there. Ya still have to do the job well. At least try. I’m not sure why she felt the right to be upset at me, but that was clearly the tone.

I had to call several times just to reach anyone. But there is also no voicemail set-up. That’s not a good owner. Pretty basic stuff if you care about customer service. Anyway, after finally receiving the order 1 hour and 44 minutes after ordering, I got a tepid soda, sad and broken cookie, and this sad pizza. My mother referred me to this place. She said this was the best pizza she had in years. She had ordered a pizza pie and had nothing but great things to say about the crust and how good the pizza was. So last night we decided to order from there but not a pie. We ordered their Sicilian pizza 24 cut Buffalo chicken with extra cheese with 20wings, 10 mango Habanero 10 honey barbecue. When it arrived this is what is looked like. Old pizza they just threw in the oven. I was going to call and get my money back but my 10 year old son wanted to try it soo bad and said he liked it but after barley one slice he didn’t want it anymore. By then I felt like it was too late to go get my money back and because he said he liked it in the beginning I made him eat another slice since I WASTED 61 dollars and tipped the driver. I will NEVER ORDER FROM this place...

Was promised my pie in 40-50 min. I called over an hr later (6:08 pm) to just ask the eta and was told "It's on the way" when I asked if it had just left or was almost here, they told me they didn't know. My cold pizza arrived roughly 15 min later- about the time it takes to drive there and back. Also, their "sausage" is super thinly sliced... something. Don't order it and think you'll have any meat on your pie.

I called to let them know it arrived cold- they wanted me to send my pizza back which maybe would have been possible if I wasn't trying to feed a toddler. I explained that I have a little kid who has been waiting on their dinner for over an hour and suggested even a small credit towards my next pie. was just told they don't do that.
