Had the most ghetto experience ever at a Starbucks in this price chopper in Slingerlands NY. It all started with the ( what you want greeting... ) followed by the we don’t have no cold brew because it will take 48 hours to make it.... then both drinks I asked for that are Holiday favorites needed to be looked up in the book with loads of pages for pricing, then I was asked 3 or 4 times if I wanted hot or iced... now the kicker here for me was being asked multiple times how to make the drinks... my reply was... I don’t know it’s not my job to know and then came the sneezing into the coffees and scratching of the hair and picking in the ears. I was so turned off and disgusted I took my drinks when they were completely done wrong and tossed them straight into the trash.... called starbucks customer service and no answer after 25 minutes on hold. Be careful when you go to this location... may not be a good spend on a coffee that is normally...

Sometimes they just fling the drinks across the table and not look at you and just walk away. Sometimes they just work so slow as they chit chat etc. very rude customer service but the drinks are good if you don't mind waiting 15 min...

This location also receives Albany city bus service. It is clean and there is radio music throughout the store. Families can sit and eat and I guess if you had a small group you could as well. There are a lot of booths /...
