Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Town of Brookhaven

I called to ask about having a cake made and I was told that I would have to wait for the manager to show up because they didn’t know what kind of cake flavors they had available. I found that very strange. So I called back and had them go through the types of cakes they had and it was kind of hard to understand the person on the phone. Not only that but it’s impossible to get someone to answer the phone. The phone will ring and ring and no one will answer. Do not order from this place.

I called another Baskin and Robbins and got the same experience. Phone ringing and ringing and ringing and no answer even after calling several times. Then when the lady answered at the Shirley location she said she was too busy and couldn’t tell me what cakes they had available and lied about her manager being there! I’m appalled by this lack of customer service they provide at Baskin and Robbins. I’m more of a Carvel fan but the only reason I considered giving them business is because my family member wants them. Steer clear of Baskin and Robbins... they’re ice cream isn’t even that good anyways....

I can't go lower than 1 star, but I'm not sure I have to. My only complaint is that I showed up there at 7 PM on a Saturday night and found all of their doors locked and whoever was inside was unresponsive. Closing 2 hours before...
