I called an order in today around 12pm. I arrived 10 minutes later (I knew I’d still have to wait) and then waited another 10 minutes there. I’m not complaining about the wait, the prices (which are clearly stated before you order, or the quality (which is superior to most competition in the area). All those things should make me give them a 5 star review. The reason why I decided to sign on tonight and rate them one star is because this is the 3rd time I witnessed the owner’s son (wears glasses and is glued to the register) speaking out loud with a severe sense of entitlement. I understand that the public is difficult to deal with but you are in a rough business. That doesn’t mean a customer like me should hear your opinions about your customers (me being one of them) while I’m waiting for my food. Some of the things I heard today when he was speaking to a short female driving for Uber are as follows: “People are just stupid” “It’s Sunday and we’re busy you could wake up earlier and give yourself more time” “If they want their breakfast faster they can make their own eggs” “They picked Uber. If they’re that worried they could’ve came in themselves”
…..and the list goes on. Really classless from a business owner. While most of what you’re saying is true, you shouldn’t speak about your customers where everyone can hear you. That turns a good customer like me away instantly. Another thing is that I looked through the reviews tonight prior to writing this. This guys responses to the 1 star reviews confirm the attitude I witnessed today. He does NOT care about his customers but being his business is so busy he will never change. He has the mentality of if you like their food then you have to deal with everything else. If not, you can go elsewhere and he doesn’t care about that either. You’ll continue to be successful at that location but someday your negative attitude and opinion of the customers you serve will come back...
Read moreIf I could give this a zero I 100% would! I went there for my first time yesterday & it was the worst experience I have ever received at any place on this planet. There was a woman that greeted me with a smile & was nice to me. So shout out to her! She showed me where I could find a real menu bc I was trying to read the board but I got overstimulated lol I went up to the counter & asked if they made chicken Caesar wraps & a woman that’s pretty old with a bad attitude was helping me but once I made my order she took her sweet time like I had all day. She was gossiping with another woman literally standing in place with my chicken in her hand in mid air is wild bc she stood in that spot at least a minute, she put the chicken on the grill & gossiped even more with her coworker. It was a good while afterwards of me standing there so I asked “excuse me, do you know how much longer?” I was about to just walk out.tbh. But I thought that would be wrong since she’s already cooking it. The old lady literally raised her voice to me “do you want it raw!? Do you want it raw?!” The other lady said “she was just asking how long” then the old lady changed her attitude. She took forever to even hand me my food & it was so weird paying bc I just felt this was going to go wrong. As soon as I bit into it the chicken was so dry it almost gave me locked jaw, it had zero flavor. It was DISGUSTING’ I ate the lettuce & threw it out. The macaroni salad was too acidly so it went in the garbage...
Read moreIf I could give them no stars I would, the people at the front (besides Chris and the lady behind register) are nasty people with terrible customer service. This hasn’t been the first time I’ve had bad experience with this place. For starters they never answer the phone, my food was incorrect they wanted to blame it on being busy but there were only about 5 customers inside at the time of placing my order and they can check the camera and see. Not only did they not want to take accountability for THEIR mistake they had the audacity to blame it on me saying I took the wrong order as if the lady didn’t hand me my food again watch it on the camera. And the manager Joey is a piece of work. Claims to be “understanding” of the situation but constantly said “most people wouldn’t make a big deal over a sandwich.” As if my time wasn’t wasted either or my gas. I grabbed the sandwich on my way to work. If they picked up the phone the many times I’ve called it would have saved me the trip from work to get my order fixed. Claimed wanted to “make it right” but spoke to me in a condescending tone, justified his untrained teams nasty remarks to me. I will no longer support this business if this is how they treat their customers who made it possible for them. Disgusting. And to top it all off those people still made my order incorrectly....
