Doesn't matter how good your pizza is if you got bad customer service and false advertise prices online

So I used to love this place and one day I decided okay I haven't had a chance to get anything there for a while

Since this pandemic I haven't been able to work my regular job and I've definitely taken a hit to my income So I decided to take advantage of a long-standing special at my local pizzeria

I ordered a three hero special as advertised for $20 on their website which is connected to their Google page ... I've made this order before and never had an issue when I get there I'm told the price change to $28

That's kind of a big jump when I was also gonna purchase drinks to go along with the meal... The gentleman then proceeds to tell me that it's posted on the door... In this age you can't tell me that you changed the price on the door when nobody goes to the store everybody orders online It should be online primarily changed ... Because of this false advertisement bait and switch I'm just not going back... There's too many other pizza places I've been going to this place for so many years... If I was notified about the price change it wouldn't have been an issue but I drove there and then had to come out of my pocket more money so I canceled the order and left it...

Delish pizza BUT this place is starting to annoy me. New ownership might be why!! I ask for a slice warm and she put it in for 2min as I went to sit at the furthest table away. She (or someone) put it on red tray and put it on a table further away from me (to my back so I couldn't see) without saying anything... I get up to go for my slice and see a roni slice at table and just ignore it and I got to front and she points at the slice. I did started to ask "why would?"...(you put it there if I'm over there) but that was it. PLUS the tray was dirty (as you can see by the white piece of whatever it is by soda).......

I gave up on this place 3 years ago from my last experience but gave them another shot tonight and ordered through Uber since had a 50% off CODE and used it to buy 3 items including a personal pie with half chicken and half pepperoni and when I got my delivery the pie had no toppings on it!! I'm guessing they didn't appreciate the fact I used a PROMO CODE for $15 off my order to SAVE $$$$ whereas IF YOU ORDER DIRECTLY WITH THEM and have THEM DELIVER DIRECTLY TO YOU you have to pay full price so they probably left the toppings off my pizza on purpose! Like 1 reviewer said "don't bother with this place, all they care about is getting...

The guy behind the counter was actively displaying his displeasure that customers were in the restaurant- I've never seen someone so upset to be making money and have customers.

I arrived at 11:45 and there was no non-specialty pizzas prepared or available. The 8 of us in line had to wait while the only person working prepared the pizzas and put them in the over. I had presumed that before a lunch time rush several standard pizzas would either be cooked, or at the very least prepared and ready to go in the oven.

After the 15 minute wait to be served, I was given the wrong pizza (I ordered pepperoni and cheese, and was given just cheese.) Rather than wait in the long line again, I decided I would just eat what I was provided; the crust was very flimsy and resembled the thickness of a Lunchable child's pizza. I also had an order of garlic knots which were very disappointing as I don't even think the cook was thinking about garlic when they were assembled, yet alone used as an ingredient. They were dough balls that had been warmed up, no garlic and a half brush of butter on top.

I will not be returning to eat here again, and would advise picking a different pizza...
