The older hispanic general manager that wears glasses is in incompetent, useless, ignorant, piece of you know what. I pick up at this store as a delivery app driver (only when orders are high paying or nights are super slow) and this is literally the WORST location I ever pick up between all the towns in North Brookhaven. I normally take at least 15 minutes to arrive for pickups at this location because I know they won't be ready. Yesterday I arrived after 15 minutes. As usual no one comes to help to ask who I am there for. I left after a few minutes of standing there like a dummy for another 10 minutes to go pickup at Coram Diner and returned. Now I was far past 30 minutes into the first Taco Bell order and they still didn't start it after over a half an hour of me accepting the offer. I finally get the general managers attention to ask what is going on and he starts going off on me that if I don't like it I can leave now and get out and not pick up here anymore. Instead of apologizing for literally always wasting my time and costing me money, he begins to berate me in front of other customers and his employees yelling at me that I can leave if I don't like it and not pick up there anymore. He said I always have an attitude. So I am supposed to be be happy that it takes them nearly 40 minutes to begin an order nearly every time I pick up there? I am not supposed to say anything? They always mark orders ready for pick up when the orders haven't even been started or they frequently give drivers the wrong orders and then won't remake the orders if they gave them to the wrong driver so you have to leave and make no money after wasting time driving and waiting there. This manager has no clue how many problems he causes delivery drivers. No one should ever be spoken to the way he did to me yesterday just for asking how long until the order was ready. I had every right to be upset for the order being over 30 minutes late. Speaking to me like I was a doormat is something that I will not tolerate nor should anyone tolerate. Read moreSo I went there at 10:30 spent 5 minutes at the speaker waiting for someone to take my order. They finally took my order. They rang me up for a soft party pack then they changed it to the supreme pack. I told the lady taking my order I wanted only meat and cheese she repeated it back to me. I went to the window and spoke to the cashier and explained again I wanted the regular party pack plain. Why did the price go from 18.99 to 23.99 he told me tax. So I paid took it home and all my tacos had sour cream on them. They ripped me off. Then I proceeded to call the store and the manager victor said I could come back the next day and he would replace the order. So I went back the next day around noon. I went inside and went to the register and 4 employees saw me standing there but did not come to the register to talk to me. So finally somebody comes over and I tell them I looking for victor cause my order got messed up. They told me victor 2 . It took me a minute to figure out that she was trying to tell me that he was not in till 2pm because she did not speak english. Read moreSecond time I tried this location and it was again, slow and not good. It’s been a few weeks now so I kind of expected them to have it more together by now. Food was half wrong and my nachos were drowned in toppings to the point the nachos completely went soft and mushy. Couldn’t pick it up without a fork and at that point it wasn’t even appetizing to eat anymore. And I get nachos from Taco Bell every time I go and they never drowned it like this in all the years I’ve been going. Not to mention the first time I went I got greeted in the drive thru with “hello??” And I said hello and there was a super long silence and then they said what did you want? And I said “food?” Usually they welcome you and asked politely what you’d like. The greeting wasn’t pleasant and they were extremely rude, it was rather shocking and I’ve never had that happen at any drive thru before. Everyone is super young and inexperienced there and it would be nice if they had a more experienced manager or supervisor watching over them.
