Not friendly often, a bit obnoxious and self-absorbed blonde, takes too long--no one hustles even when super busy...?!, Taylor Swift overkill (every song sounds exactly the same), not really a warm environment-chairs/seating not comfy--benches along the wall not deep enough--?? Casa di Palma is a quaint, family owned Italian specialty store. They have awesome espresso and cappuccino and my favorite, Sail Away Nitro Cold Brew! The peanut butter cookies are to die for and every piece of pie I've tasted is fabulous. They also have locally made gelato which is delicious (try the Affogato with espresso, chocolate, ans hazelnut yum!). Not to mention, all the imported olive oil and vinegar you get to sample with delicious bread straight from the Bronx... This is truly a unique shop and a must find if you're in...
