Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Town of Brookhaven

This store is generally a hit or miss. 1- kinda bad area of town. Homeless Hotspot!!!! Light gang activity. This place is right down the street from alot of bigger gang related areas. The pizza place shows this due to its "Eletronically Lockable Frontdoor" (Ghetto Pawn Shop Style). Its also located next to a bar with a bunch of clowns. Always expect something to happen each time you go there because it probally will. 2- Parkinglot is horrible and located next to a bad intersection nobody gives a F at. One time i saw a suv upside down there and the speed limit is 35. Still cant figure that one out. 3- they refuse to deliver to anyone outside of their "already programed delivery adress". Meaning if you call them from a friends house or at work and ask to have the pizza delivered they will say NO " due to safety concers of their drivers". personally thats not my problem. 4- theres a big white girl that always works there and acts like a hot shot like shes the Queen Bee of Dominoes. Shes the reasoning behind some of the Liberal type rules they have there im sure and also sometimes shes a lil rude. 5- sometimes you should sniff the pizza. If there is ANY hint of sourness return it. Do not eat it. Its bad and it will make you sick. Upon mentioning this to them there reaction was one where it felt like they do that quiet often. 6- but once ina while..... i do get a decient pizza without any issues. Untill i get severe heartburn and cant sleep 5 hours later from the sauce or whatever the hell it is you put on that thing to make my...

The worker IRIS is a real piece of work. She doesn’t ever let you get a word in she must talk over you. If my food sat on the counter for 20 minutes and delivery was another 30 minutes and i was going to have to deal with it or not get my food. She refused to even send it after I questioned it and she said she refuses to send my food if theres a chance it will be cold and wont remake it. I asked her if she could remake my food right before the next delivery so it could go out fresh then and she refused and got loud with me. At the end of the day this dominos always employs nasty people and the managers are worse. Its okay tho because one pizza and a soda costed 20$ and charge a delivery fee while i could and did order a large real pie thats made fresh with 12 garlic knots and soda for 22$ . Its okay cause dominos isnt that good anyways. Just beware before you order there cause they dont care what you eat or care to hear you cause they will just cut u off while talking and yell over you. Just keep in mind that they have a 2 star rating for a reason and theres 100’s of real fresh pizza places with better prices and real not...

We ordered 2 large 2 topping pizzas, 2 8pc stuffed cheesy breads, 8pc bone in wings & a 2L soda and we only received 2 Marinara sauce, 1 for each 8pc cheesy bread & 1 blue cheese for the 8 traditional wings. When i requested extra Marinara sauce i was told it was $0.79 each. Like seriously! Then to add insult to injury, we ordered BBQ wings only to get home & find we were given mild Buffalo wings instead. The taste of which left alot to be desired!😕 They definitely needed to be cooked some more. When i called to complain abt getting the wrong flavor wings i was told that "he, the order taker HAD HEARD when i said BBQ wings but that my husband had said mild 3 times at pointed at our daughter. So he went with mild because my husband was the one ordering"😒. Needless to say my husband wasn't saying he wanted mild Buffalo wings. He was just saying get a mild flavor for the wings so our 5yo could eat some. And for the record we were both ordering. In fact i was doing the majority of the ordering as my husband always defers to me for such things. All in all not the best...
