I bought a new sectional from cozy living. Couch is so COMFORTABLE and stylish! The price was so reasonable. On the same level price wise as bobs, but better quality in my opinion! I made a few changes to my order after the fact, and they were so very accommodating. They even let me bring a piece back when it didnt fit in my space. I can't say thank you enough. I will be back in the future!

UPDATE: I have been living with this couch for about 5 months. I wanted to give an update because honestly I am completely dissatisfied with the quality of this couch. I feel it has broken in very fast and looks like I've had it for years, while it has only been a few months. The cushions are completely broken in and mishapen and the material is severley pilling and matting, even giving an uncomfortable feeling if im sitting on it in shorts. Feels like little crumbs and dirt get stuck in the texture of the material. Feathers come out of the filling as well. I havent even finished paying for this yet and honestly I cant wait to get a new one. Completely regret this purchase. ALTHOUGH the customer service I am still very happy with. Sorry guys. Hate to leave something negative but I just cant let...

Will update rating & review when correct sofa is delivered! I was happy to find both items I needed on my recent visit to Cozy Living in Coram last week. It took some time but with the help and patience of the nice saleslady Evie I was able to purchase a much needed sofa and mattress,...she even went as far as moving a mattress to a lower display so I could try it! I was also happy to get the phone call that both pieces would be delivered yesterday since I have company coming this week,...but unfortunately when the men started to unpack the box my heart dropped when I saw the sofa was not the color that I ordered!!! The delivery man called the manager Lochan right away and he assured me it was the factory's mistake and that the correct color sofa would be shipped and delivered in 10 days,..:-( ,..I'm disappointed it will take so long but will visit this review with an update when I have the right sofa in my home,...hopefully soon!

Update: I increased my rating since the correct color couch got delivered 2 weeks later with just a few phone calls & emails,... and some patience!! Thank you Cozy Furniture &...

The price was good but holy cow was the service awful. Had to contact them just to find out if my delivery was coming. They never called to confirm or even schedule delivery. They never gave a window for delivery and every time I called they said "about an hour" they strung me along for seven and a half hours waiting for delivery. They NEVER returned calls as promised and they didn't care to make things right. They charged us in full upfront and only after our payment was approved, then they told us one piece was out of stock and would be a two week wait. The customer service was awful and they tried to make me feel like I was in the wrong yet they did nothing proactive and continued to waste my time telling me to wait that the driver would be there within the hour. I would not recommend this place to anyone they were so unprofessional and didn't seem to care about the customer who spent a substantial amount of money in their store.
