Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Town of Brookhaven

Saturday March 10th 2018. My second review. Went in Dominos at around 2.00pm. The heavy set guy on front desk was on phone taking to some friend on dominos phone while playing on his cell phone. NO Greetings nothing. After about three minutes phone rings and he starts taking order on phone. After he is done he says i will be with you in a second. Finally i order pizza. Waited outside and went in again. There was a burnt pizza at the end of the belt still sitting that was taken off for delivery seeing me walk in they went for it. Mine was sitting too at end on left side. A guy took it off but he started to help the delivery driver as they were unable to find him some particular box size. So my pizza sits out getting cold. Finally i get it and no paper napkins no thankyou ..here's your pizza. I asked for the napkins the driver looks under counter put it on table. I look at the pizza before i leave..it did not smell right i was running late i took it to my car and left. When first piece was taken to eat it was so thin and mushy the dough in the middle like a chewing gum and outer rim was normal. But had burnt taste to it. And not good as they made it last time. So ! Very poor customer service. Very bad nanners and a bad pizza i got for my money. I wish i had made movie of the whole scenario. These guys were running arounf like a chicken without a head when there were but only three pizzas in the oven. That is a shameful thing for any business. The guy upfront had no name tag nor manners . We pay for what we buy its not given to us in charity. So why the ugliness Middle picture of thin looking puzza one piece missing is from this time.

Absolutely disgusting EVERYTIME we order there is an issue yet despite previous orders we decided to give them another chance... worst mistake of my life!! The first order came under cooked, barely any topping even after asking for extra mushrooms and not even the correct type of pizza I ordered!! As I said previously this is a reoccurring thing. I called and complained asking for them to remake my order and resend it. Their solution was to burn my order to point that it was inedible. When i called to complain the first time the "manager on duty" told me they themselves cut the first pie and there was nothing wrong with it before they send it out. If they did this that means they saw it was not even COOKED ALL THE WAY let alone well done. When requesting them to resend our order it took well over an hour and our pizzas were burnt to the crisp completely inedible. I️ used a coupon from the website, which made it more worth it, but this pizza is perfect when you want a late night snack. ESPECIALLY when you want to try something weird/ different. I️ ordered a pizza with Alfredo sauce instead of pizza sauce and with the toppings of chicken and onions and it was really good. I️ mean one slice didn’t have chicken on it but I️ cannot complain because it was still great. I️ wished I️ wasn’t full so I️ could eat more!! It’s not grade a quality, but you don’t go to dominos when you want expensive fancy cuisine. You go there when you’re craving weird pizza or you want to save a little money. I️ personally like dominos better than papa johns and Pizza Hut, because to me it tastes better. They even have a whole bunch of other options (that are usually included in other online coupons) such as cinnamon twists and cheesy bread, which is great especially in the sauce they offer.
