ok so! I believe his name was Tyler. Super helpful for my bf and I using a reward and helping us pick a drink my bf would like. It made our week. He recently has gotten out of a shelter and has been trying new things. It’s big for us to go out and spend money, today we had a gift card and rewards. Tyler at the counter was super patient with us. He gave us time, didn’t walk away from us, and recommended food and drinks and was conscious of my allergies. He was adorable. My bf tried the drink and Tyler waited to see his reaction and offered to fix it if my boyfriend didn’t like his recommendation.
While my boyfriend was in the bathroom I’m not sure if the manager thought the store was empty but she SCREAMED and it scared me I jumped up. “GET OFF YOUR PHONE “ at Tyler. Listen, if he’s not working when there’s stuff to do I can see giving him a task but come on. Some people can multitask and nobody was upfront. Screaming at the kid at the top of your lungs? Made me uncomfortable I can’t image being type who’s gotta work the rest of his shift with a manager screaming like it’s bloody murder. People have lives, and sometimes there isn’t something to do. I’ll give her the benefit of the doubt of a drive through line, but honestly the screaming was over the top effing ridiculous and I felt so bad for him. Tyler was great and I was planning a good review for him because I love leaving them I do it everywhere I go! That manager, absolutely not. I think she had glasses. Miss if you are reading this, even if you’ve hit the point of frustration like that it’s just going to put your workers around you in an uncomfortable state. If the work gets done great. If it’s not, have a conversation every single time. Not screaming. It’s weird. And I mean SCREAMING. bloody murder. Come on. Ridiculous. I feel for the kid. It’s weird. Shoutout to Tyler. I hope he sees this. Manager too, needs to be change. Was going to have my bf apply here, will NOT be recommending anyone to do so now if management...
Read moreThis Dunkin is by far the absolute worst. Dunkin’ Donuts at LGA is even better than this one! You are better off spending your money at Hampton Coffee, going to the Shirley Dunkin location, or just purchasing a coffee machine at home. No matter how you order - app, drive thru, in store, they can never get your order right. Even if you tell them 3+ times on what you want - the simplest order - still screwed up. But they will tell you they heard your order and refuse to fix it unless you purchase another drink. The employees have terrible attitudes, don’t wear gloves (which has to be violating some health code??) and smoke vapes in the workplace. It is very unfortunate, since the establishment has great potential for this town. Dunkin - do better! Would rather have another CVS, bank, pizzeria, or bagel store than Dunkin...
Read moreSo I went in. I was going to order me a nice iced coffee. They were busy. I was the only customer in the store but I figured I'll use the restroom. Give them time to catch up and get to me. I went in the restroom. The toilet was covered in urine so I politely came out and I asked for a pair of gloves so I would clean the toilet. Myself and the manager was the rudest individual I've ever met in my entire life. She was nasty and told me she's busy. They'll get to it and I was like. Well. I'll do it. I don't mind and she said no we're busy so you just lost a customer. I will never come to the center morchies Dunkin donuts ever again in life unity teacher how to be kind just cuz she's having a bad day. She should not take it out on...
