Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Brookhaven

I've ordered in person 3 times from this place and all 3 times they got the order wrong. So today I decided to use the app and when I got there they completely got the order wrong. The frozen coffee had whipped cream. I asked for it without so the manager took a scoop and took it out and gave it back to me. It still had whipped cream in it so I asked for a new one and got another one with chocolate in it. The hot chocolate had no creme in it and I wanted it. The coffee I asked for decaf but after all of this I dumped it out because I couldn't trust it to be decaf. These people cannot follow instructions and can't read from the app. I will not be back there....

The atmosphere here in this dunking is always horrible and you never get what you order in in the way that you make your order if you said sausage received bacon the coffee never is hot when you wanted hot to start your day the employees look always in satisfied they give you an horrific service more if you’re Latino or latina so you’re receiving your salary every week and we always pay our tips to keep you calm and happy we’re paying at least to received some respect and in the way that we deserved to received it…. I hope in some point the owner of this store take a real look on who he are contracting for customer...

I thought drive-through will make life easier of our area who love Dunkin’ Donuts but I was wrong today I was in the drive-through I had a horrible experience. I asked for medium, iced caramel and mocha latte but I got something else a broken straw. Many people left Dunkin donut without their coffee when I went to the window African-American fat WOMAN was taking orders. In one ear she had drive-through ordering device and the other ear she had headphones talking on the phone I attach a picture with the proof.
