Friendly's — Restaurant in Town of Brookhaven

My boyfriend and I went there cause Ihop was packed and so was the diner. We waited two minutes before we were greeted. Finally our server said from behind the kitchen she would be with us. Once we sat we waited another 4 mins before she came over. She had only 3 tables in her section including us. We ordered and because we were in a rush we put the order in for everything. We were the last to get our food even though the table next to us sat after us. Restaurant only had 6 tables sitting. Once we got the food is gave her my credit card to pay. My bf ordered French toast and there was no syrup on the table. No powdered sugar and the cheese on the eggs was just thrown on not even melted. I took his plate and went back to the kitchen. I know this isn't a 5star restaurant but even working at Ihop we were taught to have all the condiments on the table prior to the food coming out. My bf wasn't going to eat French toast without syrup so waiting on her the food was going to be cold. She came back out with his food and never asked how mine was or if I wanted more coffee. We never saw her again cause I guess after you pay they don't care. Terrible...

I will never go back to this establishment. I wait on the to-go line for 10 mins before I was even helped, I had to ask who was working the to-go line. Finally I am being helped the lady doesn't even know how to work the register... Finally I place my ice cream order (two sundaes ) she hands the paper to the cook while he just explained to her he's making food she then goes ahead and starts cleaning tables that just left. I see another staff member standing in the back texting on her phone doing nothing. Still waiting patiently.. Finally I see a staff member go by the icecream station and I ask her if she is making the sundaes I ordered and she told me no she's making sundaes for her table.. That was it I was fed up I not only didn't even pay yet but my sundaes weren't wven started. I will never return to this place again. If it was possible to give a negative...

I took my family to this location for dinner a few nights ago. We were seated and I requested a high chair for my 9 month old. The employee brought out a booster seat with no seat belt and told me this was all they had. I told him that a 9 month old cannot sit in a booster seat with no straps. They were not very busy and when I looked around, I saw only two high chairs in use in the entire restaurant. Another employee came out and said that they used to have more high chairs and he has no idea what happened to all of them. He apologized, but said all we could do was wait for one to become available. We ended up leaving with my 4 year old in tears because she was looking forward to her dinner and ice cream and didn't understand why we had to leave after already being seated.
