NY Burger Shack — Restaurant in Town of Brookhaven

I placed my order (2 burgers and a shake) through DoorDash for pick up. I arrived at the estimated time for pick up and watched them hand a bag of food to a dasher. When I asked where my food was since it said it was ready, the staff kept calling me Brian. I repeatedly told them my correct name and shortly pieced together that they gave my order to someone else and had me place my order for a second time. They told me it would be ready in 10 minutes, giving them spare time I came back in after 20 minutes finding out they never even started my SECOND order yet. The chef saw he just made the order and tossed it out due to a lack of communication between the front and the kitchen. I asked to speak to the manager who tried blaming it on DoorDash when I placed my order correctly for pick up. When they said my order was finally ready they forgot my vanilla shake to which I had to ask for since they neglected to see it on the receipt. I placed my order 3 times and waited over an hour to receive subpar food with NO compensation whatsoever. Order a fish sandwich they said it was a new menu product and let know how it was so when I took it out the container it fell apart immediately it's supposed to be flounder. Been to this restaurant a few times now. The first time was absolutely amazing and I had no issues minus I got the wrong fries ( no big deal ). The second time I had gotten the absolute worst milkshake of my life, a simple vanilla one which I had tossed due to how spoiled it tasted. The milkshake I waited over 30 minutes for. I went up to the woman at the counter who had no idea I had placed an order since she said it never went through on their end. Fast forward my third time, I went with a bunch of family.
