Carvel — Restaurant in Town of Brookhaven

Baught a few packages of flying sauces over the holidays of the limmited edition peppermint hot coco. Delicious! We kept 2 in freezer to enjoy later on. We took one out last week and it was horribly dehidrayted cookie wafers, the pepemint candy some how leaked and caused a frozen mess in freezer but you can see the ice cream never melted as there were still swirl disigns on it and it was not pooled at bottom. The other pack right next to it fine. Called them and the owner was sooooo nasty to me telling me my appliances dont work, it my fault,and he did not wven sell those at Christmas time. After he was so nasty I hung up. Well 5 min later he's calling back saying i can come get a new one. Well when I went in i confirmed yes he did sell them and his emplyees even confirmed they did to me and they even agreed you can see ice cream never melted. I wont be back bc of his attitude and way he spole to me. The girls behind counter were very nice and helpful, even though in the past other emplyees have been rude like you walk in and bother them for asking...

The first few times I've been here have been good but only when the older man is working. We went again last night and only the girls were working and one girl that took my order was so extremely rude for nothing. Then I watched another female employee do something that should never be done in a professional kitchen/environment, she bent over and tossed her her up and down several times, then playing with it to make a pony tail only to bend over and flop her hair around some more, finally making a ponytail and not washing her hands after. I order the same thing everytime I visit but last night something told meI shouldn't trust what I purchased only because of how the females were behaving. Long story short a quarter of the way in on my carvelanche I start to feel sick... I ended having to pull over and vomit all over the side of the road. I was sick all the way home and vomited again once inside. I know my body and am very aware of what I eat. I won't be returning to this...

Worst carvel in Long Island! Took my family to this location, the Asian owner gave me chocolate chip instead of Oreo cookie and cream, when I got into my car parked in front of the establishment, I realized. I entered back into the store and told him and he said it’s not his fault I told him I wanted chocolate chip in which I didn’t. He refused to switch it and it was the kid size cup. I told him I’m a customer who just purchased over 30 dollars in ice cream and I know what I said. He still refused to switch it. I left the ice cream on the counter and walked out. He is a disgusting individual and he continued to scream that people keep coming into his store asking for donations and he can’t keep giving people free stuff, in which had nothing to do with me. Don’t eat from this establishment! Won’t be open for long with that attitude...
