Quench Wines & Spirits — Local services in Town of Brookhaven

I don't visit liquor stores often, but I feel the need to post this.

What business I've had with Quench has always been good. Staff is always pleasant and helpful, and their selection is respectable.

Just keep in mind that any review prior to December 2024 (especially regarding the smallness of the store) refers to their OLD LOCATION (on Main St. in downtown Patchogue). Admittedly, it was indeed rather small, (and probably a major reason for the move).

However, their NEW location that just opened on Waverly Avenue is quite spacious and has ample (and convenient!)...

Ordered online and order was accepted, 2700 order and they have my money guy on phone says no we don’t have and started laughing. Reported to credit card company. I would not trust this store. Threaten to call the police on them and they they said they will return my money…

Edit: as per this lady response she texted my personal number at 10:51pm… very unprofessional and boarder line harassment, after they canceled my order it’s showing back up for sale on there website, I wonder how many more people will be affected by...

Not the best wine shop in Patchogue. Small store which translates to small wine selection. They don't have anything unique, just your ordinary brands. Employees are O.K. But I need more. I guess all the people with reviews before me work there or they are friends of the owner. I found a bigger store with way better selection and quality off the sunrise hwy and...
