This is the second time weāve waited over 20 minutes for our order (3 common order drinks, nothing extravagant.) The first time, my wife opted to go inside to try and avoid the drive through line. A 20 min wait. The second time, we waited in the drive through, 25 min wait. On top of that, one of the 3 drinks we ordered was wrong. We ordered a hot coffee and received an iced coffee. The staff seems to have no motivation/initiative, working at a pace that seems misaligned with number of customers waiting. Now Iām sure someone is reading this thinking āwhy not just mobile order?ā Well, here, you canāt as they claim everything is āout of stockā so you canāt place a mobile order, however when you order at the window, they magically have all 3 drinks in stock. This was not a fluke either as it was the same issue the first time. I believe some corporate oversight is needed at this location.

Starbucks on February 13th 2023 tightened up there star program. You have to use more stars 100 to get a free a coffee and their weekly promotions to buy more to get more are no longer worth it.
