Tonight 7/15/24 around 10:45, I pulled up to order and asked for a large Powerade, I was told no harshly by the clerk, followed by silence. I asked why and if they are out. He said no I just donât feel like serving it, in a serious and stern tone. Then someone else grabbed the microphone and said that he was joking and that they will give it to me. The manager was laughing when they said oh sorry he jokes a lot. I didnât even want to order at this point I thought they may spit or harm my food. I pulled up at the window to ask what happened and to speak with a manager I was greeting by maybe Kevin or Ben. This is the guy who told me no I donât feel like serving you. He wore a red hat and he was African American, he said his name was Ben and his managers in the bathroom and canât come out, I said I wouldnât leave the window until I spoke to a manager, surprise surprise the manager comes out and said that the guy in the red hat name was really and that he Kevin jokes a lot and that his name was Kevin and this has happened before .the manager Shaquan did not care and did not reprimand him or give me any piece of mind. He did not care at all. I use to go here all the time I would highly recommend going to McDonaldâs 30 seconds down the road. I hope they get rid of the entire staff on tonight, they treat work like a total joke and make fun of there customers.    Read moreI don't normally leave bad reviews for restaurants, because I do sincerely believe people make mistakes and aren't deserving of losing their jobs, but this was such an egregious display of poor customer service I felt compelled to write a review. I placed an order for a meal and a coffee in the drive through and when I was handed the coffee the lid popped and it spilled onto me. Now I wasn't expecting first aid for this, but a cup of scalding hot coffee spilled on me and when I looked at the cashier and her coworker who handed me my meal they were grinning and laughing. There was no offer of napkins or asking if I was okay, they were getting a kick out of my pain. As I pull away I look at my meal and they gave me the wrong item as well. This is the second time I've gone to this location and received the wrong meal, coincidentally from the same employee who handed me my meal with the coffee. Mistakes happen, but if your response to watching someone have coffee spilled on them is to laugh you shouldn't be working in fast food. I ordered my food via the Wendys app several minutes before getting to the restaurant. You'd think my food would be ready as soon as i pulled up to the window. But no. They told me to pull over to the side and they'd bring out my food. Next thing i know, the 2 people behind me who ordered at the restaurant pull up, pay, get their food and leave while i'm still sitting there waiting for the food i ordered ahead of time! 8 minutes later, the guy who told me to pull to the side comes out with my food, walking as slow as he possibly could to my car. No sorry for the wait or explanation as to why i had to wait. I took it from him and gave him a sarcastic "thanks alot" and left. Never coming back here after that ridiculous experience.
