I've been eating at this white castles since I was a child.... I know take my kids here and sit in the same booth as I did in my child hood..... I took my kids and there 2 friends who never been to castles so I was excited to share the experience with them... Well my first time I was extremely disappointed my order was not fresh I was given old chicken breasts sandwiches all of us .... When I told them they are old can I have news ones...They had the nerve to reheat the d ones so I went back and ask for fresh ones... The lady was VERY nasty and was talking nasty saying I was being nasty when I was trying to explain to her what happenedif she didn't speak and listen she would of under stood what I was trying to explain ... So I wait she gives me fresh ones and tells me to check them before I leave the counter w tray ... Now I use to work at castles in my teen yrs so I know the difference in fresh and from what I orderd . When I seen I was given fish then chicken I lost my patience after that I told her to keep it and left... Be a very long time...

Definitely deserves 3.5 stars. We haven't been here since they remodeled and reopened. What a great remodel job!! Appears smaller than the previous store, but still great use of space. Very clean. I ordered the Double Stack combo with onion rings. My husband had the Slider Combo. Brought back such yummy memories!!! How can you not love a "belly bomber." We also shared an order of chicken rings, which were also as memory served. And we tried the new Cheese Rings. Melted gooey cheese on the inside with a crispy, fried coating on the outside. Very good!!! And I'll add one thing. We were the only ones ordering at the time. As we waited for our food, a huge line of people accumulated. The counter staff was so quick, nobody waited long and the food also came out quickly. A full restaurant ordered and was seated together -...
