Updating review based on current visits:
Went inside the location today to place an order to go. Place looked a little dirty but not terrible. The lady at the register was pleasant but unsure how to add something to an order. Needed to get someone to fix her first mistake, no worries there. Placed my order and waited. When my number was called I checked my order and drove home. I checked wrong because I was missing the main reason for going - husband's breakfast sandwich. I called to tell them and the manager snswrred. He sounded very apologetic and wanted to help solve the issue. I don't live far but I didn't want to drive back. He offered to bring it to me! I was shocked. Not only did he deliver it, he brought 2 for the issue and issued coupon for free breakfast sandwich next time. Not asked for but appreciated. Yes, an item was forgotten but the way it was corrected was amazing and way above and beyond. Thank you! This location has improved a lot since our first visit. Hopefully, items are not forgotten in the future. Review revised from 1 to 3 stars.
Ordered breakfast and 2 McCafes. Using the app, there was a deal but 1 McCafe get 1 for a penny. Woman at the window said you have to get the same for the deal (which is wrong, the app doesn't say that and when ordering mobile orders it lets you choose different ones). Read morePlaced mobile order waited 15 minutes no order, car next to us curbside went in to see what the hold up was. Guy comes back and let's me know that they said they were too busy to bring out curbside orders and just left them sitting on the counter. I went in to see what was the problem and to talk to on duty manager. Manager said I could take the food that was sitting on counter for over 15 minutes, I asked, for fresh made hot food and was told it would be 15 more minutes, all the while they tended to drive thru customers instead of customers who had been waiting. I then asked to get my money refunded as I was not interested in taking cold food. Manager ignored me and I asked him when is he taking care of giving me my refund. After being ingnored while manager took care of drive thru, I left. I have had to resort to having my credit card reverse charges , as the on line customer care apparently couldn't get my refund even with all documentation from the receipt as well as transaction number. What has happened to McDonald's this is totally no way to run a business. I also noticed no one from McDonald's is responding to these bad reviews! Very poor...
Read moreThis is what my boyfriend and I experienced last night at this McDoanlds: I understand it's a fast food restaurant right off the interstate, however, my visit inside was unreal. I don't understand how a McDonald's can get that dirty, have that low quality of service, and take that long to get four orders out inside in the time they got 15 orders done for drive thru (that I counted). My significant other went up to get a cup for the bottled water we got for our child because water cup isn't on the kiosk and there was no employee in sight of the dine in order desk. When she approached the counter the employee you could see made eye contact and scooted behind a wall to avoid helping a customer. There was also only 1 kiosk open, no one at the counter to help speed things along and take cash paying customers which we watched 5 cash customers walk out due to that fact. Employees had airpods in the ear or one airpod on one ear and and a headset on the other.
