Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Town of Canton

Went here for the first time since it was rebuilt,,I I was looking forward to seeing the new restaurant,,, I however was a little concerned when we walked through the doors as there was a mouse trap between the doors (vestibule) that should never be in plain sight for the quest!!! Plit should be OUTSIDE covered with some mulch to disguise it!!! We ordered,our food FF were cold I received a burger instead of 3 piece chicken,, family across the dining room had problems with their order they went back to the counter three times and finally got the correct order, seemed like the staff needed some more training,, there was also a young lady working in shorts,, she was working in both the front of the house and the back of the house,, when we were leaving she was going to the dumpster, I did also watch her return to the back door and she did have to ring the back door bell which is the only positive thing I saw about the restaurant as your back door should always be locked. Not sure if this store is corporate or a franchise location,, it does need some training skills to improve the service.. when order was correct food was good even finished with a Heath...

Visited around 3:30 to 4pm on a Sunday. It was absolute chaos! There were at least 10 people standing around waiting for orders. We ordered or food got our drinks and joined the others who were waiting. I heard them discussing that they ran out of tarter sauce and did not know where it came from or if they made it. Then they kept calling out a blizzard that someone supposedly ordered and then after about five tries, they finally called the number and it was not what the customer ordered. After about 15 minutes of waiting, our number was finally called. I got our bag of food, then went to take our sundaes that we ordered and someone stopped me and said they weren't ours. The they called our number for those(same as our hot food order) and I went to take them and the guy almost did not give them to me. When we opened our order, our hot food was cold like it sat there for a while. My spouse's order was wrong. He ordered a double cheeseburger combo and got a single. We were not in the mood to have it corrected as were were starving and did not feel like waiting another 20 minutes for our food. We decided then and there we...

The wait times are horrible and the service is unexceptional.

The first day I got a Molten Lava Cake. Ice cream with hot fudge and a small cake, not that hard right? Well the employee that was making it got the cake right at least, but instead of ice cream he put a huge mound of whip cream, and attempted to serve me that. Of course I got a bit upset, I order ice cream not whip cream. Then when he fixed it the amount of ice cream was a small, I ordered a large.

The next day I ordered the same item for my daughter, only this time it was worse. I waited 10-15 minutes for it and when the lady behind me ordered them same thing she got hers in 30 seconds. I had to ask the staff twice when mine would be done. They gave me a nasty look of disgust and went to make it after they chatted with their co-works for a few more minutes.
