McDonald's — Restaurant in Town of Canton

A couple months ago my husband, daughter and I stopped here to dine in. There were no other patrons eating in at the time but there was a person leaving when we were heading inside. The worker that was taking care of the front register took a couple of minutes to realize that we were there. Then she seemed put out when she noticed us and told the other workers that were out of sight that she had customers in a rude type of manner. After ordering and getting our food we were lacking the ranch dipping sauce so I went up to get some and again had to wait a little while. Then my husband had to go up for something and "interrupt" a personal conversation between the worker and a friend or relative that showed up. There was a lot of horsing around going on with at least three of the workers. The manager on shift had to tell the worker/cashier to clean something up repeatedly. So sorry I stopped...

I had the worst experience possible at this Mcdonalds. The worker, Aleah/Aaliyah, I don’t know how to spell it, was absolutely rude and miserable the ENTIRE time. I was going to ask for cleaning supplies for my disgusting table, when I overheard her filling the bag to my EAT IN order, “This isn’t supposed to be in a bag. Not my problem.” I stopped her when she was complaining about having to find my table. I told her it was in the corner and I needed cleaning stuff for my table. Here I am, writing this review, sitting at the table still without the cleanliness of a table, we were missing 3 items from our order, the fries were cold, and two other people were missing items at the exact same time. I would recommend taking the extra few minutes to visit a different Mcdonalds, this one was terrible. I waited 15 minutes minimum for my food and the service was miserable. The environment...

I do like McDonald’s and this location has never given me issues, except for one morning where my grandmother and I went to the drive thru one morning just to grab some quick breakfast. We didn’t get part of our order and the lady at the window was super rude. She claimed we didn’t order it and gave both of us snobby attitude. From there I called the store to let them know and apparently they didn’t go any further. I was gonna give this a 3, but I did 4 because like I said, I usually never have issues only that one time. I think this place does good business, just some employees need to be more enthusiastic and people-friendly. Update: I recently had a family member work there and they just let her go for being “too slow”. Which makes no sense because everyone says their service is slow anyways.
