Went through the drive thru and ordered a double quarter pounder deluxe and a 10 piece chicken nugget w/honey mustard. Checked my order when it was given to me and it was completely wrong. I was given 2 double cheeseburgers, large fries and 3 sweet n sour sauce’s. When I told the drive thru associate that my order was wrong, she quickly responded with a hostile tone, “that’s what you ordered and that’s what I see on my screen.” I then proceeded to show her my receipt and she gave it an instant look, then told me, “what is it that you ordered?” At this point I could’ve sworn that just showed the associate my receipt. Not only did she try to make me keep the order that I DID NOT ORDER, but she tried to make me pay extra to add on my original order…you remember, the double quarter pounder deluxe w/10 piece and honey mustard. I had enough at this point. I told the associate to hold on to that order and I went inside to speak to the supervisor. Spoke to the supervisor and explained my situation and the poor customer service I just received. Waited for a better response but unfortunately this supervisor was at a lose for words. No apology, No reconciliation, No proper customer service. I had enough at this point and demanded a full refund. The supervisor did a couple of circles in the kitchen before finally entering her closet for an office. I finally received my full refund, and still no remorse for what had taken place on her watch. Read moreThe food was cold, and they forgot to add my sons cheese burger to his kids' meal. Service was horrible as there really is no person to go to to order they have the kiosk , and 2 our of the 4 of them were not working. The other downside of service is that there is a language barrier, as it is hard to understand the person behind the registration when they finally decide to come to the front of the store after waiting a long time. This us McDonald's it's supposed to be fast food. I didn't order much of it and didn't expect to wait 25 min to Then get cold missing food. The atmosphere was dull, boring nothing to it, and it has no character. It's now just a big empty space with a few tables. Tables even though there were no people at the time sitting were dirty. I know it's McDonald's and it's not suppose to be a 5star restaurant. But it should be a efficient run place that is Family/kid friendly and it definitely doesn't seem like a fun night out or even a special treat kinda place. Read moreThis was easily the most unsettling McDonald's I’ve ever walked into. I’m thankful I ordered through the app as there’s no way I would’ve felt comfortable placing an order in person. The atmosphere was chaotic, with many homeless individuals both outside and inside. One man sat shirtless at a table, using his shirt to stop bleeding from his head. It felt surreal and deeply concerning.
When I approached the counter, the cashier, who seemed to be a manager, dismissively said “not ready” and then got into an argument with another customer who had been waiting for fresh fries. The manager walked away mid-conversation, leaving the situation unresolved.
Then, a young employee stepped up with kindness and professionalism. She let me know my order was ready but insisted on remaking the milkshake and fries since they’d been sitting out. Her calm demeanor and genuine smile were a bright spot in an otherwise tense experience.
