Great China Restaurant — Restaurant in Town of Cedarburg

I have been to alot of Chinese places. This is our 1st time here. You can eat in which is nice. About maybe 6 tables so nothing crazy but quaint. They give us table service which I thought was awesome!!! Especially at a take out place. Very clean and comfortable. Now we get to the food. The crab ragoon was big!! Fried fresh and brought to us!! Had a nice cheesy bit to it, not over powering but definitely noticeable which gave it good flavor. I ordered the lunch specially chicken and garlic sauce. I like the free drink offer with the lunch. Now everyone does lunch a little different. For me personally the pork fried rice that came with the meal could have had some egg in it, maybe a little carrot. It was good but eh not the greatest. We use to LOVE ordering carry out here. This was the best Chinese food in the area and then something changed. The fried dumplings are now considerably smaller than they once were. They use to be incredible. If they weren't making enough money on them, I would have gladly paid more for them. I'm sure others would as well. There was no need to cut back on the ingredients. They are now a flat, poorly filled, doughy half-fried shell of what they once were. Same with many of their dishes. If you want decent vegetables you have to request them and pay extra. It's really sad because this restaurant at one time was the best they had around. Now we're back to searching for a better...

Nice family business! Very speedy service and good food! Definitely the best in the Grafton/Cedarburg area.

Called in my order and it was ready in less than 15 minutes. Ordered the Sesame Chicken, Vegetable Lo Mein, and the Cheese Wantons. The food had good flavor and was hot, you could definitely tell it was fresh. I will say the Wantons just tasted like cream cheese, not really any other flavors to be found. Not that it's a bad thing; however, if you're looking for a more "crabby" flavor these are not for you.

Definitely had leftovers and I'd say it was an all around great value. Will be back! One of the only Chinese places in the area open...
