UPDATE 4/9/18 After I posted my review (see below from 3/22/18), I was emailed by Adam Forsythe (Tasting Room Manager). He told me how much he DID NOT appreciate my review. He also went on to explain to me that "without beer they don't have a business". I'm sorry, but without customers, you don't have a business. I'm not sure why he told me there was a group booked initially and then told me it was production. This was the worst customer service I've had with a for profit business. Especially when we spent almost $500 in 3.5 hours.
In my response back to him, I asked him to have the owner contact me and have not received any followup since.
As I posted before, the beer is amazing, I would just avoid working with Adam.
INITIAL REVIEW (3/22/18 - 4 stars): Brought a group of 25 people for a team building event. Tried to book the production area for my group for an additional $150 and was told by Adam (Tasting Room Manager) it was booked by another group. We were able to come anyway as there is plenty of space in the regular bar area between 12:30 and 4pm. To my surprise there were no groups booked until 6pm that day (it was a birthday party for a friend of my coworker who attended the team building event)! I was told after the fact that it was due to a backlog in production, not a group. A little disappointing to say the least. Nonetheless, we had a great time and saved $150! (4 stars not 5 due to being told the group area was booked by another group when it wasn’t...The beer...
Read moreWe finally had a chance to make it up to The Fermentorium on a Saturday afternoon. It was fairly busy, but the service was friendly and prompt, and there was plenty of space in the large taproom. We’ve tried their brews before, but the selection available on-site was even better than I had hoped. Along with over a dozen of their own beers, a handful of guest taps were also available.
The Fermentorium’s beers are very approachable and well done. My favorite was probably the Blushing Aura – an English Mild with tea. We also especially enjoyed the Rainbows & Lollipops IPA, but all the beers were delicious. The flights were easy to select and order with the flight card we were provided to check off, and the smaller pours were all reasonably priced (ours was $12 for 6).
On our way out, we took home a four pack of the Apricot Juice Packets ($16). Although a little pricey, it was definitely worth it. There is some fun swag and a nice cooler of to-go cans to peruse, as well as growlers to take home. I did notice a mixed pack of cans available; not many breweries offer this option – a plus! While we didn’t order any food, it looked like there was a limited selection of snacks/bites available. We enjoyed our visit and look forward to returning the next time we are in the...

Girl bartender who couldn't give a friendly hi or smile when she was approached.
The website showed a variety of foods but when asked to see the menu the girl said we only serve Pizza on Monday. (Website was misleading)
I have a gluten free diet and had messaged beforehand if they had gluten free beer. I was messaged back with a yes. They offered three varieties which is great! I was given a bottle but had to ask for a glass. I would suggest a gluten free pizza on the menu also for your customers.
Facility looked pretty clean. The high table we sat at showed a few leftover crumbs. Table top had a big crack running through it.
My co-workers tried a few different beers, but all in all won't be back anytime soon.
Pretzels, snacks, fresh cheese curds, ect would have been an easy addition to offer your customers...so simple to do and wouldn't...
