Mahoney’s Hideaway is an absolute hidden gem! I had the Mic Smash Burger with fries, and it was one of the best meals I’ve had in a long time. The burger was cooked to perfection. The house-made sauce was amazing too, and paired perfectly with both the burger and fries.

What truly stood out to me was the level of care and attention the owner put into our meal. I’m allergic to pickles, and he made sure everything was 100% safe for me—he even confirmed that the sauce was pickle-free and prepared a separate batch just for us. We also don’t eat bacon, and as soon as we mentioned that, he cleaned the grills before making our food to avoid any cross-contamination. Everything is made fresh to order, and you can genuinely taste the quality in every bite. It’s rare to find this kind of dedication these days, especially in a quiet, small-town spot like this.
