Costanzo's Bakery — Restaurant in Town of Cheektowaga

For as long as my Sub Shop has dealt with this company i have never dealt with the complete lack of communication and absolute disregard for my business. On days there is no weather issue my roll order still tends to not show up and all they have to offer is for us to come pick them up. They don't even have the common courtesy to call us or trry to make arrangements for us to receive the one thing we absolutely need to make subs! Where are the owners of this company??? When things go wrong here its all boots on the ground to make sure all is well. Where are the owners?? Who is in charge?? I guess being in business since 1963 don't mean much to them but we still seem to be open during storms when every other place is closed. If you ask me the OWNERS should be out delivering my rolls when THEIR COMPANY...

This was my first time ever to the bakery. I have purchased the rolls at federal meats and love them as does my family. So I thought I'd go and purchase some from bakery on Union Rd. I brought my rolls in to house and was going to make a meat ball sandwich. When I went to take rolls out of bag it was very hard on the bottom. I figured front two exposed to air so I'd just take a loss of two rolls. When I pulled all twelve rolls out---All of them as hard as a rock on the bottom, very disappointed. Now no one is going to tell me the girl at the counter could not tell they were as hard as a rock. They all made there way into into oven for croutons(enough for a year). Will not purchase from bakery again. The rolls are fabulous when not stale. We will continue to purchase the product as I said best...

Best Rolls in WNY !!! Great store front to purchase freshly baked ,(every day), Bread, rolls, and other baked good novelties. The sub shop inside also has wonderful, and affordable, made to order Breakfast Sandwiches, and delicious Subs and Sandwiches. My favorite is the Cheeseburger Royal. A spin on the classic sausage royal , using delicious Angus burger patties in lieu of the sausage. On a whole fresh white, wheat, or classic sub roll with grilled peppers and onions , fresh tomatoes, light mayo and light seasoned sub oil it is a savory taste explosion in your mouth. All the subs here are delicious !!! Only wish they'd bring back doughnuts so we could all enjoy what was the best peanut stick in WNY....
