Excellent service and support. I have an older model laptop that's not even made anymore but it's works great aside from cosmetics. My charger portal broke inside the laptop and Best Buy said they'd send it out for a month but it'd be unlikely they could fix it. I knew this wasn't true. I googled computer repairs by me and checked this business out, called and the owner had me bring it right in. He took no deposit money and literally had it fixed in about 3 days time, he also fixed the I would say framing of it as my bottom piece always pops loose when opening it. It looks like brand new and is working perfectly. Thank you so much for your help and service, I greatly appreciate it! Also, I don't drive and the Uber driver taking me there said that he had a laptop fixed by this business and he received great service so it really speaks of the business...

I have had my computers built here for the past 4 years now. I run an insurance agency and all my desktops are from Ray. Ray is an old school businessman with new school knowledge and I like that. He is reasonable and will not over charge you. He has been in business for over 30yrs so he obviously is doing something right haha. Don't be wary, Ray is a normal human being like you and I. BE WARY!! You will hand over your property and will not sign any type of paperwork whatsoever. No labor fee, diagnosis fee, flat service fee, taxes, or any charges are explained or given. They will charge what they feel like and will NOT give you your property without paying their random charge in FULL. The owner ACTUALLY recommended I sue him! He had the audacity to comment, "What do you think this is? A welfare office?! Honestly, the worst experience I've had in years. Their outdated website cleverly does not include any prices or said fees.
