I am extremely confused by the number of positive reviews. Let's look into this

This is an appealing restaurant visually. It is a classic diner with some really unique touches. It's all downhill from there.

First of all, the other reviews are right. The managers or owners (both?) are verbally abusive to their employees. I'll never go back for that reason alone. the only reason I stayed was because I wanted to make sure my waitress got a tip. She was clearly having and was going to continue to have a horrible day.

You could hear the kitchen staff being absolutely berated like they were working a prison kitchen or something. So, two things with that. First, how can you expect them to perform at their best when they're being screamed at their whole shift? What kind of leadership is that? Cooking is art. You don't scream at a photographer that's taking your picture. They know what they're doing. Second, if they weren't making something correctly, and you were correcting them, then how is it that what came to the table was still beyond unacceptable?

That leads me to the food. I'm going to keep it super simple because there's not much else to say. You cannot call this a greek restaurant. That was not Greek food. That was....idk what that was. Probably the worst restaurant in western new york that I personally have eaten at. Anything fried is so greasy you could paint a picture with it on the table, the vegetables are not visually appealing and clearly just came out of a bag and are not fresh. The meat, all of it, you can tell was frozen and thawed, or cooked from frozen. Nothing is fresh, nothing is made with love.

Being in this establishment for more than 5 minutes gives you chills down your spine just like entering a dark, damp, unfamiliar basement in the middle of the night.

To the owners: Shut it down, or sell it to someone who cares and still has passion for what they do. You have NO right to be running a restaurant and hiring staff with families and feelings. Your food is heartless and your vibes are toxic. I actually felt angry driving home and that's the first time i've ever had...

On Mother's Day, my family and I visited this establishment with high expectations. My daughter had excitedly arranged a Mother's Day brunch and had arrived early to secure a table for our large party. We had two tables and my daughter politely asked if we could be seated next to my other daughter and her family. She was told to wait until the rest of the party arrived.

Upon my arrival, my daughter brought us to the table that she had requested be held for us. We were greeted by a friendly waitress and engaged in pleasant conversation. However, our experience quickly turned sour when another woman who worked at the restaurant approached us and began shouting in front of the entire restaurant, accusing us of cutting in line. This was despite the fact that my daughter had been waiting there for some time and had requested the table.

We were stunned and humiliated by the public spectacle. We had never been treated so poorly at a restaurant before and didn't know how to react. We had no intention of cutting in line and were simply trying to enjoy our Mother's Day brunch. We felt terrible for my daughter, who thought we could be seated after we arrived and didn't realize she needed to check in again at the front.

Before we could even explain ourselves, the woman began shouting at us again. We were so upset that we stood up to leave, but were told to sit down since we were already there. The entire situation was handled so terribly that it left a bad taste in our mouths. We were never given the opportunity to explain and were treated with such disrespect.

I felt sick to my stomach and was only able to stay for the sake of my daughter .This woman could have approached us calmly and asked what had happened, but instead chose to publicly humiliate us. We will never return to this establishment and will advise others not to do so either. It's truly disheartening to be treated this way, especially on a day meant for...

I gave 1 star because I could give 0! Worst restaurant experience ever!!! Waitress was a disaster! Completely forgot she took our drink order and came back 10 minutes later to take it again. When our water did come out one of the glasses was completely coated on the inside Roth old food, it looked like it had never been washed! (We should have left then but stupidly didn't). She took our dinner order, didn't write a thing down (I know some experienced servers don't need to write anything down but she did). We ordered an open chicken souvlaki, soup and Cajun fish with rice. The soup we ordered never came out but she charged us for it. Souvlaki came out all on top of the pita which made it soggy. I asked for a replacement and all they did was re-grill the first one! It was gross all wet from the lettuce and chicken. The fish came out with mashed potatoes and beef gravy. About 15 minutes later, after we asked twice the rice came out that was supposed to be with the fish. Neither of us ate our dinners as they were not cooked right and we were afraid of food poisoning. She said she wouldn't charge us for the rice because of the delay. What??? We ordered it, she screwed it up and was going to charge us. We asked to see a manager but was told there was no manager there at night. We waited 30 minutes for our bill which had 2 different meals on it and she had the nerve to charge us for the soup she NEVER brought. When we complained to the other server (who had tables of her own) she took our bill back to get it corrected. We then waited 15 minutes more for a correct bill. NEVER have I had such a horrible disgusting experience at a restaurant!! Save yourself the aggravation and go...
