I don’t typically leave bad reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience here. First, I’d like to apologize for requesting a sandwich and cappuccino in exchange for payment, as that seemed to be an inconvenience to the staff. Both the sandwich and cappuccino were good. However, I felt as though I was bothering the woman working the drive-through around 10:15 on 10/13/24, who had noticeable grey eyebrows.
From the very beginning, she seemed to be rushing me. I clearly asked for a "large plain hot cappuccino with no flavor," but she wasn’t listening and asked if I wanted espresso or mentioned something about French vanilla. I clarified again that I didn’t want any flavor, which I understand could be difficult to hear over the headset. She then responded, irritated, "you should have said espresso." I apologized, and afterward, I decided to add a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit meal and requested that the cappuccino be included in the meal. I wasn’t sure what I wanted initially but knew I wanted the cappuccino. She responded with clear frustration, gave me my total, and abruptly ended the conversation—luckily, I didn’t have to order anything else.
When I reached the window, she angrily handed me the sandwich and shut the window. Then she returned with the cappuccino and tried to close the window again, but I hadn’t received my hashbrown. I managed to get her attention just before she closed the window and asked about the missing hashbrown. She told me they didn’t have any, claimed I hadn’t ordered the meal, and...
Read moreYesterday I had a bad experience in this place. I walked to this place, I am in the hotel area in front of the airport, we are visitors. The staff were very rude to us. I went with a girl with a disability in a wheelchair and when I got to the place the front room was closed .. I went through the drive thru window and they told me that they would NOT sell us, and I had to go by car and they only sold by drive thru. They closed the window in my face and I felt humiliated since I just wanted to buy some food for her. Again I touched the glass and when they opened it I told them that their rudeness was not necessary and that I could not return to the hotel to find a vehicle walking with the girl in the wheelchair. Read moreOut of all the Tim Hortons I've been to this is the worst. Horrible service from employees. On one occasion the 2 coworkers just stood there conversation about their social life and paying me (the customer) no mined. I have visited this location 5 times with no benefit from one day to another. they were the slowest people I have ever had wait on me. They are also rude and poor spoken with so much attitude, The building is maculate but the service dose not match. I also thought that Tim Hortons was open 24/7. I drop by tonight to try and get some late night work done but wasn't allowed in. so here I am in the car having to do my work. this establishment is never getting my service again.
PS. I will make sure to tell everyone I know not to waste their time coming here. Going to another establishment out of the way will still save them time, Not to mention the aggravation from rude people serving...
