Quite the little find in Brewerton, NY. This little place packs a nice array of delicious homemade Italian dishes. Generous portions of everything from appetizer, soup, salad, entree and can’t forget dessert. We started with the Utica greens which were exactly how we like them but with a twist of added pepperoni. Nice touch! Salads were fresh and just the right amount. The wedding soup was also delicious with tons of meatballs. Next we feasted on chicken parm, veal parm, and their own bourbon maple & bacon chicken penne. Everything, I mean everything was served piping hot, as it should be. The maple chicken was very different but was actually very tasty and delicious. The chicken & veal parm were also delicious. So glad the portions allowed me a second meal, so that I can enjoy again! The maple bourbon was also served on a strawberry banana cake for dessert. We also had a brownie with caramel and chocolate chips. They were a nice finish to an enjoyable night out with the family. We were told the desserts change regularly. Well, that alone is worth going back for! The cherry on top is that the prices are reasonable, less than some these days, post COVID. Benissimo Bella Luna! This is a new restaurant in an old spot right on the main drag through Brewerton. Definitely worth the ride from Syracuse for a casual Italian meal. Thanks Mark & Gio! Almost forgot, service was also great but they were not busy at the time, but very friendly nonetheless. We...

The food was absolutely fantastic! I tried the Chicken Riggies, and it was bursting with flavor. The pasta was perfectly cooked, and the sauce had the right balance of spice and richness. Their Chicken Parmesan was also a delight, with tender chicken, gooey cheese, and a flavorful marinara sauce. The portions were generous, and everything tasted homemade with love and care.
The service was exceptional. Our server was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu, making great recommendations. The food arrived promptly, and they checked in regularly to ensure we had everything we needed. The staff’s warm hospitality made the experience even more enjoyable.
I spent around $10–20 per person, which is very reasonable considering the quality and portion sizes. It’s a fantastic value for authentic, delicious Italian food.
Overall, The Cafe Bella Luna is a must-visit for anyone craving genuine Italian cuisine in a relaxed, comfortable setting. I can’t wait to come back and try more dishes from their menu! Highly...
Read moreUpdate: went back last night to give this place another shot, and they did not disappoint! This time the food was great! We had a large party so got to try a bunch of things. Had Chicken Marsala, spicy Alfredo, garlic lemon shrimp, spaghetti with meatballs, and gnocchi. Excellent service, great flavors, good food. Try the dessert! Tiramisu was tasty, the cannolis crispy and creamy.
Old review: Really nice place with great service. Staff was super nice. We ordered spaghetti and meatballs, meatballs with mozzarella, and shrimp with penne in a garlic lemon sauce. Also tried the Italian wedding soup. The flavors were great, but waaay too much salt. Couldn’t eat the soup at all because of it. The lemon helped balance the salt on the penne, so that was edible but the meatballs were also too salty in both cases. Unfortunate because the flavors were spot on! The sauce on the spaghetti was good: well flavored and perfectly seasoned. Really wanted to love the whole experience but could only...
