Last time we called ahead for a pickup there was so upsetting I stopped eating at any of those types of restaurants. There were shaved hair in one of the foods. I swear to God the Almighty there were over hundreds of 1/16 to 1/8 inches long black facial hair.(It is like myself not shaving for 2 to 3 days)I did get a full refund. I was so disgusted I never took photos. I have to ask my son if he took any. I wanted to call the Health department and who ever else but my wife said don't and we will never order there again. Ordered for the first time last weekend, did a fair amount of sampling of the menu. Spring rolls, crab rangoon, fried dumplings, sweet & sour chicken, beef lo mein, and both general tso's and sesame chicken in the combo meals. Everything was hot and fresh at pickup, all as expected. The only item that was not to our typical taste were the fried dumplings. Lots of filling and tasty, but the dumpling itself was much thicker than most any dumpling we've ever had making it a little chewier...

The food was definitely not fresh. The lomein was definitely day old. So was the egg rolls. Everything was done in less than 10 minutes and was Luke warm by the time we got home which is literally a 5 minute drive.
