Such a neat place full of rich history! The Historical Society volunteers were very friendly and had a lot to say about the history of the Fort, and the Stevens family that started the old Blockhouse Trading Post. We even got to look at the archives and antique books down in the basement. I'm looking forward to going back during one of their re-enactments

The Museum is open more often than in my childhood. The artifacts and history inside are absolutely amazing! Everything takes you back to a time when life was "simpler."

Amazing collection for such a little place. Personal tour of the block house by the curator.
