Wrote an honest review about a bad customer service experience I had and had the owner slam me on Facebook. Accused me of screaming and yelling, which couldn’t be further from the truth. I ordered what they had been advertising all over social media , and got something different. Mistakes happen, but there’s no excuse for rudeness when you call to ask about the order you received that wasn’t what you were expecting. Then, the owner took to facebook to rally the troops and beg for customers to write a positive review because he was so worried about my honest, but negative review. Unfortunately , I had an absolute terrible experience. Picked up the order, and it wasn’t what I ordered, or what I thought I had ordered. Quite possibly could’ve been a misunderstanding. But the bad feelings could’ve completely been avoided by some understanding and good customer service. Simply, an “I am sorry and we can replace your order” would’ve gone a long way instead of being argumentative and rude. Mistakes and misunderstandings happen all the time. But being rude and argumentative to a customer is just completely unacceptable.
