Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Town of Clarkstown

I’m extremely disappointed with the management at this Popeyes location. They are very unprofessional when it comes to how they treat their employees. People are fired without proper explanation or warning, and there’s no respect or consideration for the workers who show up and do their job. It feels like they care more about replacing employees than supporting the ones they already have. This kind of treatment is unfair, and it shows in the service and overall environment. Popeyes needs to do better especially when it comes to valuing the people who keep the place running. Have empathy and don’t even hire people if you know it’s gonna get slow… this is very unprofessional making people waste...

The food is good. I can't argue with that. The service needs some work, but as a customer you have to be diligent. Make sure you ask for exactly what you want and make sure you get exactly what you ordered. 2 out of the 3 times I went, there were big problems with the order. Don't be like me and wait until you get home to check. I finally went back with my receipts and let the manager, Mahlik, know of the problems. The food is consistently hot and fresh—the chicken sandwich was perfectly crispy, and even the Cajun fries tasted like they were just prepared. This is a huge win for a fast-food location!

The service is truly phenomenal; every member of the team is friendly, quick, and makes the visit a pleasant experience.

A massive bravo goes out to Malik, the manager! He clearly leads by example, ensuring the entire operation runs smoothly and the dining area is always spotless. Malik and his team prioritize customer satisfaction, which immediately makes this my new favorite spot. Highly recommend...
