So I went there last night and I ordered my food I got there they took my card and they swiped it they said it was declined, so I went to the car to go talk to my boyfriend to see if like there’s no money in account or if that something was wrong with the card and it said that they Took the $32.93 out of my account so I brought my phone in there told them that they took the money out of my account and they were so persistent that they never did even though I had proof that they did and I showed them, they kept my four dollars that I gave them in cash they basically stole 36.93 dollars from me and when I was walking out to just leave they started laughing at me so I advise everybody don’t waste your money at this place they just steal money and lie and then laugh at you as...

Ok so I haven’t been to Big Bowl in over a year. I miss this establishment. You can call in your order ahead of time. No matter how late you are, they still haven’t really started your food yet. Now that sounds kinda dodgy, but the lady cooking the food works her behind off. I swear she has at least 6 arms. All while babysitting the two younger boys that run the register and the deep fryer. I swear it’s like watching someone wrangle cats. She’s yelling at them while they roll their eyes and mess everything up. I ordered lunch today along with some co-workers, my co-workers complained that the egg rolls we greasy, and the soup tasted like water. I had the chicken with garlic sauce and not even 20 minutes later i was sent home from work for vomiting profusely. i have not stopped since, never in my life have I had food poisoning, never had a bad reaction like that to anything! When i called to let them know that their food made me very ill, i was told everything is fresh.
