I would not recommend anyone to go to the Dunkin’ Donuts. The customer service is horrible. There was a point in time where I was ordering large cappuccino’s but my cup was only filled up about half of the way and multiple times I brought it to their attention I was told that I was ordering my drink wrong and that I should’ve been ordering a latte and not a cappuccino. I know the difference between a latte and a cappuccino and regardless of which drink you order if you pay for a large you should receive a large. I later found out that their espresso machine had been broken for months which was the cause of the drinks not coming out correctly. Most recently I was mocked for not wanting cheese on my sandwich the person who did so forgot to turn the drive through speaker off beforehand so I heard her. When I asked her about it I received no response no apology no nothing. Times that I have been inside the store pre-Covid I have stood there being ignored while only drive-through orders were handled and there have been multiple times that I stood inside being ignored while the employees were engaging on personal phone calls and even FaceTime. there is no reason for customers to be treated this way and I have never seen a manager or anyone “ in charge“ in the store it seems that the employees are unhappy and their positions and take it out on...

Ordered a vanilla coolatta w/ whipped cream, 2 chicken roasted pepper wraps, hash browns, snackin' bacon and a classic doughnut. Pulled around and was handed a coolatta with no whipped cream, politely asked them to put some on which they did. Then was handed the wrong order and when I expressed it was the wrong order, I was then served a attitude (which I also did not order.) If you want your order right, you’re better off using the app or just going to a different location altogether. They’re often out of things - inventory is not their strong suit. I’ve heard it all… out of ice, out of espresso, out of flavors - early in the mornings! Ordered a latte with pumpkin and whole milk, got a latte with caramel and oat milk. Sure. That’s the same. On the positive, most of the workers are friendly and quick. They are short staffed and I know that adds to the difficulties.
