I just want to share my experience with the cook/server of this place. Around 11:30 or so last Thursday, my wife orders a shrimp fried noodle. This cook, with initials MW as printed in the receipt, who is taking the order has ear plugs on apparently listening to music or whatever. Turns out he takes the order as chicken fried noodles instead of shrimp fried noodles. (FYI my wife NEVER orders chicken fried noodles. It has ALWAYS been shrimp if she ever orders fried noodles.) Starting to eat my wife realizes it’s not what she ordered and I take it back telling the cook the situation. He looks at me in disgust saying my wife ordered otherwise. I tell him he took the order wrong. This goes back and forth a couple of times. He finally takes the dish, which was served in a dine in dish BTW,, throws it hard into the waste basket. Says for me to come back in ten minutes. I return to pick up the order and he dumps (soft term for throwing) the take out bowl over the counter. Yells at me with glaring eyes about how we wasted his ingredients/money or whatever. I tell him again he took the order wrong and he yell back something at me a few times. Totally unacceptable behavior for anyone in the this business. Will never go back. Whoever reads this should never do business...

I was shockingly underwhelmed here. The prices are high, but the quality isn't what I expected when comparing it to Kuma Ani and Tanpopo. The noodles absorbed the broth and thus became soggy because it wasn't kept separate. There was only bokchoy, ramen egg, and tare. But what about the pork? The chashu pork? I didn't even bother eating the ramen. I got 3 other appetizers, and everything summed up to be 41 dollars. kaarage was more like chicken katsu. The pork bun was just one slice of pork and cucumber drowned in hoisin sauce. The fried oyster was PHENOMENAL. The takoyaki was ok, I'm not a big fan of it in the states because almost everyone prepares theirs from frozen. I honestly had high hopes since this place has huge shoes to fill, considering this stall is where Charlie's used to be. I'll go back and have it there to try and give myself a better experience, but damn. Fried oyster carried...
Read moreAbsolutely delicious! I got the hibachi chicken lunch today and it was great! The rice is good. I added some soy sauce since I wanted a little more salt. It's always good to err on the side of too little salt since people can always add some but can't take it out. The veggies were still a bit crisp and the chicken was flavorful and juicy. The portion was generous. I might prefer a bit less and a lower price but, again, it's good not to leave the diner wanting more. The person who served me was very pleasant and the wait wasn't long at all. I will definitely...
