Lick's I Scream — Restaurant in Town of Coxsackie

Lick’s has a truck next to it now that serves Mexican food. I got the black bean burrito, my sons got the chicken taco and Mexican pizza, and my husband got the beef burrito. With 3 sodas and a large sweet tea, it was $36. Generous portions! My burrito was huge with rice, black beans, (hot!) jalapeños, cheese, sour cream. The rest of my family scarfed their food down as well and said it was delicious. We finished with some ice cream from the ice cream truck. I got their strawberry shortcake sundae with the hand crafted strawberry ice cream. Amazing! And huge! 4 sundaes was about $17. Friendly, fast service. Ample parking with plenty of space to distance and eat in your car....

This is basically a road side food truck which serves Delicious ice cream and some Mexican food and hot dogs. The folks who the run the place are extremely courteous and friendly. The ice cream is home made and delicious. We tried two different flavors and they were perfect but large portions. You can sit nearby on picnic tables and enjoy the food. Definetely worth a stop. I ordered the Nutella sundae and it was delicious! The cashier was friendly and made the sundae perfectly. Everything looked clean inside and the location is kept up nicely. The entrance from 9W is a bit rough with the bumps and potholes, only negative I noticed, but I think that's the upkeep of 9W, more than the location's issue. Definitely will be...
