Beware, expanded their kitchen so they’re “making menu” (and pricing) changes, including changing out their big cups of sauce, they charged a dollar for, to now “including” a pitiful 3oz sauce cup, and charging a dollar for an extra, 3oz sauce! Changed their pepperoni to god awful greasy and spicier pepperoni. Asked them to make the calzone with more cheese, and less pepperoni to once again be charged another dollar for cheese. $19.42 for a calzone, and a Stromboli, now came to $22.32 with the “added” sauce, more cheese, and less cheaper pepperoni. Out of the last 5 visits, we’ve had a calzone look like a train wreck, while missing two sauces (paid $1) for, not included. Gotten sick off of cheap greasy pepperoni, and debated on giving anymore of our business here. Loyal for 20 years, but I think my patience and wallet has had enough. Traditional values, and recipes didn’t need to be upgraded and corners cut, to try and justify the kitchen expansion. We have all in this town paid for the modest changes over the years without sacrificing the taste. It’s just not...

Ordered 2 pizza. Pauls deluxe which came out raw in the center and only got excuses ordered a small cheese pizza for my two children and they even asked if they could get something else. When they came back with our second pizza it was more cooked but covered in grease between 3 adults we had half a pie left over and our waitress asked how it was with a a laughing smile on her face we asked for our check and a box for the left over pizza and our waiter went out back and started dancing and laughing and joking around. Also when we made the complaint about the pizza being raw our waiter disappeared and sent 4 other waiters to take care of us. When they felt like it. It was not busy there were 4 tables filled including us I saw much of the staff standing around. I have been going to pauls pizza for the past 25yrs and after the quality of food and service me and my family just experienced I will not step back into pauls pizza again. I am not one to complain but I am extremely disappointed with the quality of product and care we...

Been going to Paul's for many years, but tonight I would give 0 stars for service if I could. We literally just left this restaurant, and we had ordered a calzone, burger, kids pasta with butter and two apps. While I understand that the calzone would take some time, we were in there for 2 hours!! The kids meal (mind you just buttered spaghetti) did not come to the table for an hour an a half. The waitress maybe checked on us once, and avoided eye contact when a water glass spilled on the table. I had to use my sweatshirt to mop it up because she ran to the back even though we made direct eye contact and I know she saw us. I ended up asking another waitress for the check and brought the check up to the cash register because the waitress was just wandering around and not coming over to assist us. So frustrating! I understand staffing shortages, but this waitress was either very inexperienced or just did not want...

More than half the time our order is incorrect. We rarely order out bc of the prices now. Pauls is the closest spot for us and we LOVE track 32. But this place does not compare. Every time we order it always results in a call back to the restaurant to have something corrected. Tonight was the last straw. Holiday rituals- Christmas tree picking and pizza night. I had to drive back to pauls with a VERY burnt, thin as paper, and super sloppy gf chicken wing pizza. 17 + dollars JUST for that one little pie. I understand chicken along with many other things has gone up in price. Can we at least put some quality into the product? The manager Emily? Was who I was referred to when I went back and she was very quiet. Not super concernedat how the food looked. Why even put it in the box? Sorry but we will definitely not order from pauls again. I did get my.monday back.but going home to a disappointed hungry group of kids.

Paul's Pizza & Pasta ,West Coxsackie N.Y. A typical pizza shop style, Depending on the day you decide to eat pizza, sometimes it a hit, sometimes it a miss, depending on the person preparing the dough ,sauce, spices, toppings ,some days tomatoe sauce taste too tangy not enough rendering of sauce,or perhaps brand changed, I usually have the meat lover's large pie, today was a miss, pizza was quite dry ,but it had good taste, should have cooked less time in oven. White broccoli pizza with ricotta very consistent and delicious. Mozzarella sticks with marinara sauce, typical frozen fare. Ziti always a bit mushy, should be AL- dente .Paul's is a clean establishment but a bit outdated,if your in the neighborhood and crave pizza give this place a try.$$$ prices fluctuate depending on how many topping on pizza and today's inflation etc.

This was our first and last visit. We are local and decided to try out Paul's. Service was friendly and our apps came out quickly. The apps were good so we were hopeful the the Sicilian pie we order would be just as good. Neither my spouse or I could finish a single piece of pizza. I don't know if the pizza is supposed to taste the way it does or maybe the oil was bad or possibly there was a spoiled ingredient. The best way to describe the taste would be to compare to someone who used way to much lighter fluid on a barbecue grill and the food absorbs some of the fluid burn-off. After initial attentive service, we couldn't get the attention of our server for what felt like a long time. We were tired and instead of complaining, simply paid for our food, took the pizza to-go and then threw it in the dumpster.
