Excellent choice for dinner! Kayla the owner will take great care of you. My wife and I had dinner - she had a glass of Cabernet and I had raspberry iced tea - good. I ordered the chicken Francesco and she ordered the pistachio salmon. My chicken was moist and lightly breaded with garlic mashed potatoes and really flavorful cauliflower roasted. New restaurant in Cuba, NY. We attended the soft opening therefore they were still working out some kinks, yet, overall had a wonderful experience. The chef even came out to the table for feedback on the dishes. I recommend you check this place out! Best restaurant in Cuba, NY… would it be risky if I said best restaurant in the whole county ??? The staff is incredibly friendly and inviting; they truly treat you like family. The food is excellent, especially The Radix Burger and the Caesar salad. I crave them often !!! The restaurant itself is a moody, elegant, classy place and very clean.
