McDonald's — Restaurant in Town of De Witt

If I could post without even one star I would. So I get to the register and order my food. No up selling for one. Didn't ask if I wanted anything else. But that was okay. What made me angry was the little Muslim girl at the register. As I was paying for my food I noticed the homemade sign for Ronald McDonald house. As I was fishing for a 10 and talking to the girl at the register, I was telling her that Ronald McDonald house gives close to 100% to their houses to help families. I barely get past "Ronald McDonald house " and the stupid girl says very loudly, "have a good day." So i shoved the 10 back in my wallet and placed a 1 on the counter. And then I don't know what she did with the 1. It disappeared pretty darn quick. Rude girl probably thought it was a tip and put it in here pocket. They didn't actually have a collection box just a big envelope with a homemade sign. Probably some scam they are running. Like I side, the girl who was rude sure made that dollar go away fast.

What a complete joke this is fast food waiting 20 minutes for food is completely nonsense this is fast food do they even know what the meaning of that is. All of the workers there on Sunday March 27th,2016 @about 615 should be written up for poor customer service skills. Trying to give us fries that were sitting out for 15 minutes while they acted like they did not even care they were all there to just talk amongst themselves. Totally ridiculous to say the least. They did not even offer us something free for making us wait for so long. When we told them that we wanted fresh fries after they put the ones that were sitting there for so long it seemed like it was more of a hassle to give us fresh fries. Then as we were leaving the girl with the apron on was talking amongst her coworkers probably about us. We don't care just pointing at the obvious. Get it together people. Absolutely horrible and humiliating. I am a truck driver and I have a medical condition that prevents me from wearing a face covering over my mouth. I also have a service animal that accommodates me wherever I go. This particular location has signs posted that say "No mask No service. ADA and NYS Human Rights Law exemptions apply". When I approached the counter I was told if I did not have a mask then I could not place an order. I explained to Brianna (the manager) that I have a medical condition the prevents me from wearing a face covering. Brianna then asked me to show PROOF of my medical condition or a "note from my doctor" or she would not serve me!! That in itself violated my rights and was illegal for her to do. I ended up calling 911 and they sent a State Trooper out and he placed my order for me which made things more humiliating for me.
