I waited for over an hour. When I finally got my food, it was luke warm. The fries tasted like baked, store bought, crinkle cut fries. (The menu said the meal came with waffle fries.) On top of that, they were soggy.
Also, the tenders were anemic and the honey bbq sauce tasted cheap. My buffalo wings were overcooked and dry and that buffalo wing sauce ALSO tasted cheap. In fact, everything tasted like it was picked up from the frozen section of Walmart.
I also ordered a 20 oz Coke Zero and got a Diet Coke instead. They NEVER called me and asked me what I wanted for a substitution. Also, my wife ordered a 20 oz Sprite and got a 12 oz can... 2.99$ for a can?!? VERY expensive can of Sprite.
Honestly, the bleu cheese was the best part of this entire experience and it was pre-sealed. (It was actually pretty good.)
I DID eat everything, it WAS edible. Fortunately for me, I am a skilled cook and I was able to save the fries. (I shallow fried them in a few inches of oil in my cast iron dutch oven. The oil was tempted at 345° f and it took about 3 minutes using a gas burner.) That being said, if I wanted to go through that, I would have just saved the trouble and cooked at home. I am quite dismayed to have paid 30$ for this. I would like my money back, but I understand that it probably won't happen...
I have worked in the food industry for a few years and my general rule of thumb is you can tell how the staff is being treated by how good the food tastes.
This food tasted like the staff was overworked and like they were not paid enough to put care into their job.
This was backed up by how skittish the staff were when I called a second time to make sure the driver was ok (the roads are slick and I was a bit scared that something might have happened.) They sounded like they were anticipating angry customers... That is NOT normal and it is indicative that there is something is wrong with how this place is being run. I feel terrible for the staff, when I called the driver to make sure she got her tip, she sounded like she was about to cry!
I'm not sure how this place is run. These accusations are nothing more than an educated guess based on my experience with the service based industry.
The impression I got was that the owner likes to cut corners and that the staff was used to being verbally abused, either by customers or by management. I could be wrong, but it is my belief that a reputable place would take pride in their food. I will NOT be ordering from this establishment again.

I love this place, the food is usually good and on time and delivered hot. I usually order from here almost once a week.
However the last few times ive ordered the food was not up to standards and i just gave them the benefit of the doubt and figured they were busy or had a off day. Things happen, not usually a big deal i could still eat the food.
The last few times the onions rings were over cooked and burnt, the forgot cheese sauce i ordered and waffle fries were overcooked. All little things not a big deal and like i said i just let it go. I really am not one to complain.
However today, i ordered food like normal, no issues until it came to delivery, i got a email stating it was delivered and there was even a line like signature where my signature would go on the bottom of my receipt email in the attached file picture . Then i went on the website to track order and it said the same that it was delivered, well i didnt get my food. When i called the restaurant, the lady who answered was a little abrupt but she did look into the issue. She said she got ahold of the driver and i was told my food would be here soon. Well i got my food, the wing box was opened on the side and sauce got all over the inside of the bag and drink bottle and my onion rings didnt seem like it would have the normal amount i came to expect when ordering. They also gave me blue cheese dressing instead of the ranch i asked for, i know this wouldnt be a big deal except i am Allergic to blue cheese! Which again all of this would have been fine, things happen except my food was COLD!!!!
The onion rings were cold and soggy and the wings were cold like the have been sitting around. The one thing i cant tolerate especially when ordering delivery is having Cold Food!! You have a expectation to have your food arrive hot or at least warm enough to eat. I had to put my food in the oven to heat it up!!!
They do make the besy wings that i have found, and the prices are good for the amount of food you get and delivery prices are good.

Was informed that my order, after being placed, had been stolen by some random individual and there was nothing that could be done on the restaurantâs behalf. And that I should somehow get to the bottom of the issue myself, tracking down who may have taken and subsequently failed to deliver my items. There was nothing that could be done about sending me a new order, that had indeed already been paid for but simply, not delivered, and most likely stolen. The severe lack of problem solving or people skills coupled with the gross inability to adequately understand without even the smallest morsel of sheer willingness, to TRY to even pretend and attempt to address the issue was mind blowing!!! My order history and frequency speaks for itself. Itâs very unfortunate that now because of this, I will no longer be a customer of this establishment and will be sure to spread the news of such a terrible experience with who I once praised and showered frequently with my hard earned money and consistent patronage. A missed minor correction, that will undoubtedly be costly as the future quickly approaches. I will be getting a refund and with that, you couldnât PAY ME to spend another penny...
