Clock Tower Pizza — Restaurant in Town of Delavan

PARTY PLANNERS BEWARE: This circumstance happened in august so I feel I’ve given them ample time to make amends. I never heard from them since this happened. My daughter had a birthday party scheduled at Lakeland august 3. I had ordered pizza weeks in advance, and checked in multiple times. The day of the party it was time for the pizza to arrive and it hadn’t so I called. An employee then informed me the pizzas we had ordered would possibly not make it?! That a big party had come in and they were busy. I asked he let me know ASAP as I scrambled to feed a party of young hungry children and parents dinner. An employee called back shortly to let me know they were not coming. The kids were SO disappointed and I felt like the worst mom ever literally sending kids home hungry, tired, and hopped up on chocolate cake with no dinner. It was AWFUL. The employee told me “my manager said” so I know the manager never even bothered to get on the phone. Why didn’t they call sooner and tell us to order dominoes?! By the time I knew they weren’t going to show up for us it was too late for me to fix things. Why didn’t the manager offer free dinner or a gift card? I am still floored at the horrific service and lack of compassion we received here. If you’re planning a party and depending on these...

New place so we decided to give it a try while we were doing wash at the laundromat 1 min away. We both ordered the Italian beef, the meats heated on a flat grill and cheese melted on it, the bun is not at all toasted nor the cheese, they cook the peppers in Pepsi we were told, but not many on the sandwich, they offer dipped which normally I love, but this was REALLY soggy and no flavor in the juice, for 13.00 I wouldn't recommend it at all, I got extra cheese 1.00 more. Maybe this is a better pizza or burger place as I have read the reviews to be good.

"Update"...gave the restaurant another try for thier smash burger, I got a double....a must try yummy!!! Monday free small fry with a smash burger....Very good! And went back a third time to try the pizza, Very good as well and on Wednesday a special cheese pizza 14 inch for 8.88/ 2.00 a topping if you choose, great amount of sauce, cheese and toppings are loaded on, not a cheap made pizza at all. I'd recommend the restaurant, the staff are very nice people as well, great crew of people! Thursday is now thier smash double burger special-with free fries, the burger literally felt like it melted in my mouth...a must try ask for extra...

This place sucks. Should be out of business in a year or so. The busy body, nosy owner wants to waste your time talking to you rather than making sure he is serving good food. If he wants to be a comedian he will get his shot as soon as he is out of business. If you want to wash your hands, forget it. They lock you out of the bathroom for security reasons. Big security problem in Lake Geneva is there??? The food? Not good. Online menu says Sport peppers and Poppy seed bun but had neither. Dog was tiny, ( smallest one Vienna offers ) with no Sporties or a Poppy seed bun. Nah. That's NOT a Chicago dog. Came with a thimble full of homemade chips. Should be spelled Cheap. Who want's those things? Give me some fries. Sign says Polish....No Polish. They sell a Beef or Sausage.....but No Combo on the menu board. Huh? Gyro was tiny, dried out and practically 0 Taziki sauce. And CANS of soda or bottled water. Wow. How do you get a refill on that? Again, cheap cheap cheap. No Polish. No Chicken sandwich. No fish sandwich and no good. We will NOT be back until the next owners...
