Four Brothers Pizza Inn — Restaurant in Town of Dover

Food was good as usual. Tip was zero saved me $26. @ my usual 20%. This is not our first time. However, thanks to our experience tonight, it will be our last. Our order was large white pie - half plain - half with chicken broccoli, garlic. The waitstaff asked "so half white special with tomato" I said No tomatoes and repeated the order. The pie came out half white with toppings the other half a classic tomato sauce cheese. When it came out, we said it was wrong she offered to replace it and pointed out this would be thrown out. I said no (I hate wasting food) just bring a personal plain white for the child who wanted plain. At the end, I asked her to do the right thing and adjust the bill. She refused and accused that i ordered the white special half plain. customer service is that restaurants should adjust for their mistakes. Her tip zero - saved me 20%, which I normally give. Not to mention my drink order never came out, and one of our sodas was mostly water. She was training someone, so I hope they learned...

Do not go to the Dover location.As a loyal customer of Four Brothers Pizza, ordering twice a week, I was extremely disappointed with my last experience. The pizza I received looked like a Sicilian style, which was different from their usual recipe and was horrible. Before eating, I called to ask if they had changed something, and they said they had not. Since the pizza was already at the house, we decided to give it a try. The pizza was overcooked on the outside, but the inside was gooey and disgusting because it was so thick. When I called to complain, they responded dismissively, saying, "too bad, that's how our pizza is."I've noticed many people complain about this place going downhill, and I used to speak highly of them, but no more. Do not go here. Instead, go to the Amenia location. Do not give your money to the person who runs the Dover location with horrible employees and terrible pizza. Today I took my boys to lunch my son ordered a fresh lemonade what he got was a glass with half of lemon cut in half and water it was not that’s great we didn’t think to much about it until I went to pay for it and it was $5!! Are you kidding me it wasn’t even fresh squeeze it was a half of lemon in a cup of water and the server told Me that she added a tablespoon of sugar but she didn’t stir it

I have no issues paying for things are the worth but I think this is outrages the three of us and our check was $73 for a lunch ticket at a pizza place 😳😳 she didn’t even apologize she said I don’t make the prices and I said that she should tell her manager that adding a lemon to tap water doesn’t make it fresh squeezed lemonade
